Okay, so I made a stupid mistake a couple weeks ago. I let my nine year old sister watch Mai-HiME. Now... at first, it was okay because we were watching it together in japanese. She went into minor obsession mode by telling us who we'd all be, My brother was Mikoto, My older sister was Mai, I, apparently, was Natsuki and she was Nao.

She was like a Twilight fan girl for awhile and wouldn't shut the fuck up about it. I didn't mind it sometimes, because usually, everyone only had a vague idea what I was talking about made a refrence towards Mai-HiME, because it was one of those animes that I watched on my own. And Kenzie could also tell me what happened in an episode or what scene was from which episode. That's helpful when your making an AMV and your looking for a particular scene.

So I figured it was something I could live with, then...then...I made another stupid mistake by telling her that there was an english dub. I didn't think she'd go out and search for it! But there she was, a few days later, watching the english dub on JustDubs. I made her watch the japanese version for a reason. The reason being that the dub just ruined it's epicness. Like, they gave Natuski a deep man sounding voice, Haruka sounds like a whiny bitch now, Shizuru...they just... they gave her a southern accent and even though it grows on you, it just changes her image completely. The only voice that I thought fit was Nao's (even then I have some doubts)

Anyway, this just fueled her obsession and she started reading fanfiction, watching AMVs and endlessly talking about Mai-HiME, only this time she started saying their names all weird like they do in the dub.

The other day, she just took it too far. I was surfing the web with her sitting next to me playing with play-dough. Suddenly she starts talking to herself, she goes

"Shizuru, I love you." In a deep voice, obviously imitating Natsuki.

"What'dja say, honey?" She replied in weird southern pedophile voice.

"I said, I love you." Again in the deep voice.

"I can't undastand ya honey, ya sound like a man." In her 'Shizuru' voice.

"I've always talked like this." Deep voice.

"No ya haven't honey, I think you need to get out of my house." 'Shizuru voice.

"....But...this is the school." Deep voice.

"...Not anymore." This time her voice sounded like an unstable, freaky, southern pedophile.

Now she just uses her creepy pedophile voice all the time. Last night, for example, me and Katie were sitting around in the living room and for some reason the lamp in there is missing so we had the door open for light. Well, Kenzie comes in and shuts the door behind her. And she just stands there for a couple seconds before going, "Hmm.. it's dark in here, I wonda who I could rape." In her creepy pedophile voice. *shudders* it was creepy.
